I wrote a Processing sketch to make it easy to design patterns or animations for LED cubes of any dimension (8x8x8 illustrated here). When the design is complete, you can print out the int/hex/binary representation of the pattern.

What if we help Foursquare identify and subsequently rate green businesses, local markets, fair-trade vendors, etc. Foursquare could create an offshoot – Greensquare – an app that uses a creative point system to encourage the community to make eco-friendly, sustainable consumer decisions.
